The clinic is now located at 92 Queen Street, Waiuku (sharing premises with Aurora Law). We have onsite parking to make it easier for our patients. So please drive in the driveway and park in any of the parks at the front of the building. Then you will find the clinic up the green wooden ramp on the left-hand side.
New Patients – prior to your appointment you will be sent (either via email or SMS) two links to both a New Patient Form & a Medical Questionnaire to complete. Please complete these & submit back to us prior to your appointment. There is no need to print off the form.
Payment in full is required on completion of your appointment. We understand things crop up, but if you are unable to pay on the day, please contact us prior to your appointment to discuss.
If you don’t see an appointment that suits, please phone us at the clinic on 092352060. As we may have appointments that have become available that will suit you.
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment, or it may be subject to a cancellation fee. Also If an incorrect appointment type is booked, we reserve the right to change it to the correct type.
